About us

MSM Ambit Soccer was the first company founded by Marc Salicrú, a FIFA-licensed agent (RFEF-FIFA), in January 2005. His vision was to provide comprehensive guidance to athletes in all aspects of their daily lives — before, during, and after reaching the elite level. Since then, we have worked to stay as close as possible to the needs of our players, learning from them in the process to build a strong, united team that improves every day.

We are fully equipped to offer our players global opportunities, not just focusing on the Spanish market. For that reason, we have established offices in Barcelona, Málaga, Poland, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, and since 2016, in Andorra — where we founded our main company, MSM Sports. In addition to intermediation and player representation, MSM Sports specialises in high-level events and sports investment management.

Since 2024, we have also opened an office in Dubai (UAE), aiming to enter this exciting market full of opportunities for players, clubs, and national teams alike.

At MSM Sports, we specialise in advising athletes, sports clubs of all levels, academies, and training schools. We also organise and co-organise international events and support investment in players and clubs. In addition, our marketing team seeks sponsorship opportunities and offers services such as custom website creation and social media management.

Our greatest strength is our passion for football. For us, it’s not just a job — it’s what we love. Most of the people working at MSM Sports are former professional footballers or individuals who have spent their entire lives in the sport. They are highly qualified and bring vast experience to everything we do.
